Yes. Coldread logs consent status per call and per contact. You're responsible for obtaining consent via IVR or manual disclosure (we don't control VoIP provider IVR), but we provide the compliance infrastructure to track and enforce it.

Audio files are stored in Cloudflare R2 (US data centers by default, EU option available). Database is hosted on Supabase (AWS, EU region available). All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. UK/EU customers can request EU data residency.
