Aircall Integration
Connect your Aircall phone system to Coldread using webhooks. Calls will be automatically transcribed and analyzed when they end. Setup takes about 5 minutes.
Requirements
- Aircall account with admin access
- Call recording enabled in Aircall settings
- Coldread account (free trial works)

Create integration in Coldread
In your Coldread dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations and click "Add Integration".
Select Aircall and copy the generated webhook URL.

Configure webhook in Aircall
- Log in to Aircall dashboard
- Navigate to Integrations & API
- Click Webhooks
- Add a new webhook and paste your Coldread URL

Enable call.ended event
In the Aircall webhook settings, enable:
call.ended
Required — triggers when call finishes
Without call.ended, Coldread won't receive call data.

Test the connection
Make a test call via Aircall and verify:
- Call appears in Coldread within 60s
- Transcript is generated
- AI analysis completes
