Quick Start Guide
Get up and running with Coldread in under 5 minutes. This guide will walk you through account setup, VoIP integration, and your first AI-analyzed call.
Before you start
- A VoIP phone system (Ringover or Aircall)
- Admin access to your VoIP provider dashboard
- Call recording enabled in your VoIP settings
Create your account
Sign up for a free 14-day trial at coldread.ai. No credit card required.
You'll be asked for your name, email, and company name. After verifying your email, you'll be redirected to the onboarding wizard.
Connect your VoIP system
The onboarding wizard will guide you through connecting your phone system. Choose your provider:
You'll configure a webhook in your VoIP dashboard that sends call data to Coldread automatically when calls end.
Make a test call
After connecting your VoIP system, make a short test call using your phone system. The call will automatically:
- Be transcribed with speaker diarization (who said what)
- Get analyzed for sales stage, call type, tags, and compliance
- Appear in your dashboard within 30-60 seconds
Check your dashboard to see the transcription, AI summary, and extracted metadata.
Review your call analysis
After your test call is processed, navigate to Calls in your dashboard. Click on a call to see the full analysis:
Each analysis feature runs as its own focused AI call for maximum accuracy and cost efficiency.
