Team Management

Invite team members to your Coldread workspace, assign roles, and collaborate on call analysis.

Inviting team members

To invite a team member:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Team
  2. Click "Invite Member"
  3. Enter their email address and select a role
  4. They'll receive an invitation email with a setup link

Roles and permissions

Admin

  • Full access to all features
  • Can manage billing and subscriptions
  • Can invite/remove team members
  • Can configure integrations

Member

  • Can view all calls and contacts
  • Can use Contact Intelligence
  • Cannot manage billing or team members
  • Cannot modify integrations

Team size limits

Your plan determines how many team members you can invite:

  • Solo plan: 1-2 users
  • Team plan: Up to 10 users
  • Business plan: Up to 25 users

Removing team members

Admins can remove team members from Settings → Team. Removed members lose access immediately.
