Team Management
Invite team members to your Coldread workspace, assign roles, and collaborate on call analysis.
Inviting team members
To invite a team member:
- Navigate to Settings → Team
- Click "Invite Member"
- Enter their email address and select a role
- They'll receive an invitation email with a setup link
Roles and permissions
Admin
- Full access to all features
- Can manage billing and subscriptions
- Can invite/remove team members
- Can configure integrations
Member
- Can view all calls and contacts
- Can use Contact Intelligence
- Cannot manage billing or team members
- Cannot modify integrations
Team size limits
Your plan determines how many team members you can invite:
- Solo plan: 1-2 users
- Team plan: Up to 10 users
- Business plan: Up to 25 users
Removing team members
Admins can remove team members from Settings → Team. Removed members lose access immediately.
